SASSA Takes Expert Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently visiting the Fernie 2 Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render services to your community.

SASSA are going to be rendering solutions for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency explained it is actually alarmed in regards to the superior number of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The aim in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a substantial amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is because of the lack of sassa status infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office devoted to service the area on a daily basis. SRD The support position designed for intervention activities a significant inflow of prospective beneficiaries, which makes it tough for the Workplace to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more sources to enable the servicing of all customers and raise use of Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
